Star Performer Awards
Each quarter, each department within Svenska recognizes and rewards its best performer, which could be on any parameter relating to performance on financial or operational, or people, or process goals established. The star performers receive recognition across the enterprise apart from a monetary prize.
Special Service Awards
All Svenska employees who go out of their way to serve a guest and receive positive guest feedback are also recognized with points, which get accumulated over time and result in special increments and promotions as part of the performance management cycle.
Svenska Achiever Series
Each year, two top performers across the enterprise are sent on a fully-paid overseas trip, sponsored by Svenska. Nominations for such exceptional performers are opened up in July and anyone can recommend/ propose anyone who they feel deserves the award. Departmental and unit heads then accumulate the feedback and present their shortlist to the Svenska Senior Executive Team for their final decision on the winners.
Svenska celebrates the birthdays for each and every employee, making them feel special and proud about their colleagues’ affection for them.
Svenska strongly believes that only happy people can deliver happy customers. As part of this philosophy, HR comes out with events calendars each quarter, focused on special initiatives, competitions, events, outings, etc. to engage the workforce and have them come together to enjoy and celebrate. These events include table tennis competition, Svenska Idol contest, celebrations of festivals, customer service week and many others.
